Thank you men of God for “leaving no calorie left unspent” today and digging deep to ensure we all got to the finish line! As mentioned in the clip that Jeff sent out, “everyone wants to get big, but nobody wants to be sore!”
This statement stands true spiritually and physically! We should strive to become 1% better everyday spiritually in our daily walk, helping each other along the way (even if it means swallowing our egos as Gehrig mentioned), and do the same physically (pushing the limits). If you never push your limit, you’ll never know your limit!
