Break-Fast Plan Wednesday
3 PM: Meal 1 (Soup + Salad)
5 PM: Family Dinner
6 PM: Yogurt Parfait
Goal is: 1st meal light, 2nd meal regular, 3rd meal probiotics.
Don't Overeat, trust me!
