2️⃣ 1 gallon of water
3️⃣ No junk food on weekdays
- Clean, disciplined eating Monday–Friday
- Weekends still require wisdom
4️⃣ Bible study
5️⃣ Gratitude spoken aloud
- Name what you’re thankful for every day
6️⃣ Progress photo
- Private accountability. Proof of consistency.
