I was digging through a client project today — one of those behind-the-scenes strategy sessions where I’m pulling apart why a really good offer isn’t connecting the way it should.
And whenever that happens, I don’t start with the product.
I don’t start with the price or even the funnel (except - I DO look at the visuals)
💫I always, always, always go back to the ideal client.
💫That Ideal Client work is the basis of basically everything I do marketing-wise.
While I was digging through all of that for this client, I found something I had half-built and never finished:
A course around how to use organic content to attract clients without relying on paid ads — and how that changes now that AI has taken over so much of search and more people are using tools like Gemini (which really isn't an option, it *is* google search now) (or Chat GPT) to ask who they should trust, hire, or buy from.
It has fundamentally changed how "get found in search" works from SEO to GEO. And they're really *not* the same.
At the heart of it are two frameworks (these are mine, proprietary):
RADAR helps you figure out what conversations are worth owning.
SIGNAL helps you create the content that proves your authority in those conversations.
I figured this is exactly the kind of thing I should be building out **with*you** instead of disappearing into a cave and polishing it first.
One of the benefits of being a founding member is that you get to see this stuff before it gets packaged up and dropped into the Vault.
You’ll get to:
- see the frameworks as I’m using them in real client work
- ask questions as I build them out
- poke holes in them
- help shape the internal prompts, workflows, and tools
- make sure they actually meet YOUR needs, not just mine
So I’m going to start sharing the pieces here as I work through them.
First up: I’d love your opinion on which of the two frameworks you think you need help with more?
👇 Vote in the poll below.
Then I’ll start breaking down RADAR and SIGNAL in the next posts, including the prompts, workflows, audience research, benchmark process, and how I’m thinking about GEO and authority-building in a world where more and more discovery is happening inside AI.
Consider this your early-access pass before it gets polished, packaged, and added to the Vault.
