- Current Profession/Background: I am a serial entrepreneur, and professional RE investor.
🏡 My Real Estate Journey:
- Experience Level: I am an active investor in the creative finance space (SubTo; Seller Fi). Mostly a buy and hold investor. This year I am pivoting to section 8 rentals and business acquisition.
- Biggest Challenge Right Now: I am always looking for equity partners/likeminded investors; access to cheap capital, and the opportunity to scale quickly.
- Main Goal in Real Estate: To network more, and to achieve $20K per month in passive income within 18 months!!!
