On a scale of 1 ~ 10, I’ll put my knowledge at a solid 8 (yep, that was intentional 😅). My partner and I are on a clear mission: 1,000 doors in the next 5–7 years. We’ve got 5 already, so just 995 to go ~ and we’re looking to build long-term relationships with those who share that kind of vision.

✅ Better Properties, Safer Neighborhoods ~ we invest in B & C class areas and do light rehab if needed to meet Section 8 standards.
FORGET THE OLD STEREOTYPES. Section 8 TODAY includes full screening: credit, criminal, eviction and employment. We focus on Seniors, Veterans, and working families as reliable, long-term tenants.
We’re scaling with DSCR loans, recycling capital, and partnering with investors who want consistent, government-backed income without the headaches of direct ownership.
