Issue login into the algo

Hi! So I joined the algo last month and unforunately it was at the same time it went through a rough week so I lost my two prop accounts that same week. I then had to focus on other things for the next few weeks so I didn't reconnect an other prop account. Now, since yesterday I try to log into my algo account, but I keep getting this message. Not sure if this is normal or what is going on.

Would appreciate some guidance! thank you
