Grounding & Energy Awareness
Day 1: Introduce yourself in the welcome post and set your spiritual intention for the next 30 days.
- Day 2: Share a photo of your current crystal collection or your favorite spiritual space at home.
- Day 3: Try a 5-minute grounding breathwork practice and post one word describing how you feel afterward.
- Day 4: Cleanse your energy. Share your favorite method (sage, sound bowls, incense, or visualization).
- Day 5: Chakra check-in. Which chakra feels open today, and which one feels like it needs a little love?
- Day 6: Spend 10 minutes in nature. Post a photo of something that caught your intuitive eye.
- Day 7: Reflection Sunday. Share your biggest energetic shift from this week.
