Anything unfamiliar - even if it’s “better” - can feel unsafe.
Expansion = unknown → unknown = potential threat.
So fear of expansion is not a flaw - it’s a biological response. Having this awareness is half the battle. In my community call, I liken shadow work to the observer effect in quantum physics - once you’ve paid attention to something, or it’s in your awareness, you’re already changing it!
