The Aligned Authority Coaching Course Progress
A quick update for the community. I have been working on a coaching course that will be in the classroom. I finished the videos for week 1-4 this weekend. I am currently editing video and adding worksheets to the class pages.
It will be a 12-week course. I still have some work to do. But, it's the exact course you would get if you hired me as your coach. I typically get $200 per coaching sessions, so it's value will be $2400. And it will be available free of charge.
I have been coaching for 30+ years, and this course is the most effective coaching course you will get anywhere. Most coaching courses have a script. This course is my creation, and focuses on you and your values. It is coaching gold.
Why do I believe in it so confidently? Because I have coached the wrong way for way too long. I tried other peoples coaching formats. It felt empty. It fell flat.
This format aligns YOUR values with your results. It works. Every time I have used it. The course will focus on Value Discovery, Integration, and Activation. It will give you crystal clear decision making tools. And it will be 100% authentic to you.
I don't love recording video. Not my jam. So if the videos are the weakness of this course, I apologize in advance. But, I believe it's important for this course. The videos will be 5 minutes or less. I'm keeping my promise to my own short attention span.
What will be my ask? Take the course. Do the exercises. Measure your results. If you can't measure it, you can't fix it.
