Hello girls!
I started exercising a couple of weeks ago and here are some things i’ve noticed:
1- Better quality of sleep: I used to take so long to fall asleep but now its easier.
2- Better self esteem: I feel wayy better about myself now that I work out in many different ways.
3-Better skin quality: I think my skin has improved quite s bit since I started working out, it feels much smoother!
4- More toned: I feel a little more toned in some areas than others and I love how it feels.
5- Better Body Image: I feel way better about my body in general and how I look :)
I hope that’s enough to encourage you guys to walk more, run more or even lift a little bit 💕 i promise you, you’ll never regret it.
