First off, thank you for being here. This post explains how the group is organized and how to use it as a valuable resource. The more you put into this community, the more you will get out of it. Ask questions, join calls, share insights, stay engaged, and you will grow your skills and your book much faster. This is everything I wish I had when I started my P&C career, condensed into the most concise and efficient learning experience possible.
My goal for this group is to create a true hub for the strongest agents in the country to come together and help each other rise. What sets this community apart is that I am in the same shoes you are. I am a P&C agent who just finished wrapping up my first $500K generated revenue year (My goals were $300K), and my mission is to help you reach that level and beyond in a fraction of the time it took me. I also built this space so I can learn from the best agents in the country right alongside you. If one wins we all win.

2. Q and A Systems ✅Ask your operations questions, including workflows, automation, paperwork processes, agency organizatio,n and anything that helps your production run smoother.
3. Q and A Lead Gen ✅Ask your marketing and lead generation questions. I will reply within about twenty-four hours. Sharing a screen recording always helps you get the strongest answer.
4. Performance Updates 📈Vote on and discuss current performance across your marketing, content, and outreach.
5. Wins 🙌Share progress, big or small, and help motivate the rest of the group.
