Jani named the real fear
Jani caught the real fear this week.
She had been ghosting her social posting and outreach. Then she named what was underneath it. Not dread of the post itself. Perfectionism. The belief that if it is not beautiful, thoughtful, and impactful, it is worthless.
That is its own type of fear.
Then she flipped it in the same breath. One small, simple post today.
That is the win. Not a perfect feed. Catching the standard that was keeping you stuck, and choosing the imperfect move anyway.
The win is not polish. It is permission to ship small.
