What I learned is that most AI voice agents don’t fail at booking.
They fail at reschedule/cancel because they don’t know which appointment to touch.
Bad flow: “What time was your appointment?” (people don’t remember)
Good flow:
  1. “What phone number did you book with?”
  2. Pull appointment(s)
  3. If multiple, read options
  4. “Confirm: cancel Friday 11 AM?”
  5. Execute + send confirmation
