Hey everyone! Super excited to be here.
I've been involved in martial arts since I was 13 years old. I started learning martial arts through my local community activities program. When my instructor relocated, I took over the program at 17.
In college, I taught martial arts at my university's recreation center. I am currently in my 16th year as a high school history teacher, where I also teach a free martial arts program for high school students.
