My Unlikely Journey to AI:
My path here wasn't typical. I started as an immigration lawyer in Cleveland, helping athletes secure visas to compete in America. I've represented world champions like Canelo Álvarez and Tyson Fury, worked with Top Rank Boxing, NFL teams, and NASCAR crews.
But something shifted when I started seeing brilliant computer scientists and AI researchers struggling with the same visa challenges my athletes faced. I realized I was sitting at a unique intersection - I understood the legal pathways for extraordinary talent, and I was witnessing firsthand the AI revolution reshaping every industry.
The Pivot That Changed Everything:
Through my firm Innovative Global Talent Agency, I began specializing in O-1 visas for tech talent - the "extraordinary ability" visa that's become the golden ticket for AI innovators. Working with some of the world's best computer scientists opened my eyes to what was possible with AI.
I went from drafting visa petitions to building AI automation systems. From representing athletes to architecting solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Today, through Innovative Automations, we're not just talking about AI - we're building the tools that make it accessible to everyone.
