Twenty years ago I was so lost I didn't know it.
I was overworking, overexercising, overdoing everything — until a diagnosis of MS stopped me completely.
That was the beginning of my journey home to myself.
I've spent twenty years walking this path. Not studying it. Living it. Doing the real, honest work of remembering who I was before the world told me who to be.
Now I hold that space for other women.
I work with all of you — the human and the spiritual, the messy and the magnificent. I will hold you, cheer you and never make it complicated.
The Portal is for the woman who is done with surface-level and ready to come home to herself.
