I absolutely love IJS. ❤️ It has become so much more than just a meditation school for me — it feels like being part of a warm, supportive family community. Everyone is so kind, genuine and encouraging.
Ben is incredibly kind, responsive and supportive. He genuinely takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard and supported throughout your journey. I’m so grateful to have found this beautiful community and to be on this journey of healing and self-discovery with them.

This group and School is so much more than I could have imagined, but it is also everything I prayed for in terms of finding a loving, kind, and knowledgeable teacher for meditation and life and closeness with the Divine. This is a community I want to be a part of for all of my earthly life.
