Grounding is always the answer
When you see trees after a storm. Which trees are the ones to always be broken? The small trees that had weak roots or big trees that were too big for their roots.
In order for you to grow you must sink into your root chakra first. Because a tree can look big and strong on the outside. But if it has weak roots it’s just a matter of time before it gets uprooted.
Same goes for us as people.
