We are beyond excited to officially open the doors to the INKS Gym Digital Academy. Whether you are training from a living room in Texas or a backyard across the country, our mission remains the same: to build strong, confident, and technically precise athletes.

For years, INKS Gym has been a home for power and community. Now, we’re bringing that same expert coaching directly to your screen. No commute, no excuses—just elite-level gymnastics and cheerleading instruction designed specifically for the home-based athlete.

What to Expect:

The 12-Course Curriculum: A step-by-step journey from foundational safety to professional performance reels.

Safety First: Our first module, Home-Base Safety & Body Alignment, ensures your training space is as professional as your ambitions.

Master the Basics: We’re starting from the ground up—literally. Expect a deep dive into the Hollow Hold, the secret weapon of every elite flyer and tumbler.

Community Support: You may be training at home, but you aren't training alone. Share your progress, ask questions, and celebrate your "Level Ups" with the INKS family.

Your First Mission:

Before you throw your first cartwheel, head over to Course 1. Check your clearance, test your mats, and show us your best hollow-body shape!
