Inertial propulsion - amazing wheel
Had anyone any experiences with such a solution? https://www.iprl.eu/rotor15.png I am asking because I think that it is worthy to build devices able to working with less friction and fast rotation, but I don't know if this device can be called as a less friction. Primary thing in this kind of solution is ex-center point location inside the device. By the way thanks to admin for accepting me as a member of Inertial propulsion Workshop.
