Hey, I’m Indi!
Here, I offer a space to gather, move, and breathe together, a gateway into building and tending to the relationship with Self.
The practice is gentle in nature, which doesn't mean we won’t challenge our bodies, but rather that I deeply trust your ability to choose poses that feel supportive, and to let go of those that don’t.
I draw on the ‘teacher within’ philosophy: the belief that while I may be your guide, your body is the ultimate teacher. We focus on how our movement 'feels' rather than how it 'looks' and provide plenty of space for intuitive movement.
Classes are open to all levels and inside you'll receive:
