THINK CURIOUSLY: ask a thoughtful question to another before reacting or responding. dive into the depths of your own logic and reasoning. challenge yourself to see cultural conditioning in your decisions and decide if you would like to keep it or drop it.

FEEL DEEPLY: is only possible through emotional alchemy - the process of believing that your feelings are powerful indicators of deep truths that you have internalized. Feeling deeply unlocks forward momentum. Give yourself full permission to process the Grief, Anger, and Shame that can lock you in behavioral patterns.

ACT BRAVELY: Action changes the way you look through the world. At its core, fear is just a bad story that does not acknowledge possibility and potential. Action eliminates fear because it forces you to have experience and context which naturally extinguishes many of the stories we create that limit us.

BUILD COLLECTIVELY: How can you collaborate with others in your work? Whether you are building new partnerships, connecting more deeply with clients, working with coaches, or something else you will never create your best work alone.
