A reminder for the people in the back and the people pretending they are fine at the front:
You do not have to collapse before you are allowed to rest.
You do not have to finish every task, rescue every person, and empty every part of yourself before you deserve a moment to breathe.
Rest is not a reward for burnout; it is a basic part of being well.
What would change for you if you stopped treating rest like something you had to earn?
