Growing out of old hobbies
I. LOVE. ACTION FIGURES.
I’ve been collecting them for over 10 years, and it’s been one of my favorite hobbies. But recently, I’ve been feeling a sense of emptiness. The joy I once felt from collecting seems to have faded, and it’s been especially clear this year.
Since leaving the military to pursue voice acting, I just haven’t had the time to dedicate to collecting. On top of that, action figures are becoming more expensive, which makes it harder to keep up.
I think the time has come to sell my collection. It’s a little sad to let it go, but I feel it’s the right decision. I’ve grown out of this phase of my life, and it’s time to explore new interests and focus on the next chapter — like pursuing my passion for voice acting and diving into new experiences.
