Community Changes Announcement!

Hey IMPACT Makers,

After speaking with my consultant and some serious consideration over the past few months... I'm going to adjust my approach to this Skool Community.

I'm converting our current community into a free community with optional purchases inside the classroom area.

You can still receive commissions from people you refer if they choose to purchase one of our courses.

But not the overall community anymore.... Because it's $0.

Additionally, I'll be starting a second (Paid) Skool Community in the near future that I will upgrade people into for a monthly / annual fee.

Upon launch, I will offer it at a significant discount for our founding members like yourself, before raising the price to the intended $99/m.

Note: if someone you referred into the free community, later upgrades to the paid community, you will receive commissions from their upgraded investments!

How does this affect you?

1. You will no longer receive commissions from referrals into the community (but we will recognize our top affiliates and reward them with special gifts!)

2. You will receive commissions from people you refer to courses within the classroom. (These are one-time commissions at the moment)

3. We will no longer be offering weekly coaching sessions for free to everyone. (I did create a "Breakthrough Coaching" offer inside the classroom, which people can pay for a discounted price)

4. The LEAN-IN Masterclass has been removed from the free community. (This will become a PAID Community Special)

5. Monthly Mentorship is still available for free. (Our primary free member benefit)

6. This Community to grow larger, faster, and be specifically designed around community engagement. (So please keep posting and commenting daily/often)

7. The monthly top contributor will still receive a free gift each month.

I understand this change may be concerning, but it's what I believe is the right move!

I'm still in full support of your journey and goals... this opens up the doors for me to help many more people who otherwise wouldn't have the same opportunity as before.

I encourage you to hang with me and even consider inviting people you know into this community who otherwise would not have joined originally, because it was a paid community.

With it now being free, you can still use your unique link and be rewarded for being the top affiliate and receive special referral awards!!!
