Just say YES to YOU
You can hide away from yourself and everyone or you can say yes to you.
Yesterday I had a consultation with someone who was serving everyone in her life that she thought would give her the validation justification and the value that she was looking for.
When I shared my story of just acting and saying yes giving myself permission to do better for myself, I saw it click I saw the light bulb so I told her it's time for you to say yes to you.
And this week I want you all to try to say yes to yourself.
Just say yes to you!
