What you’re building requires:
- Growth
- Discipline
- Capacity
- Maturity
And that doesn’t happen overnight.
Some of you are exactly where you need to be…you’re just rushing the process.
Stop focusing on how long it’s takingand start focusing on where you’re going.
Because if the destination is big…the journey will require more from you.

Then write down:
- Where you are going (your vision)
- What you need to develop to get there
