Run this every Friday to stay on top of leads and revenue projections.
Steps:
  1. Export open leads from CRM.
  2. Tag each lead: Hot 🔥, Warm 🌡️, or Cold ❄️.
  3. Assign one next step for each Hot/Warm lead.
  4. Update revenue forecast based on Hot lead pipeline value.
Template Snippet:
Lead Status Next Step Value Close % Forecast
KPI to Track: Pipeline Coverage = (Total Pipeline Value ÷ Monthly Target). Aim for 3x target.
