Most people spend their lives collecting evidence for why they can't.
Today, let's try something different.
For the next 24 hours, I want you to choose a new identity and actively look for evidence that it's already becoming true.
### Step 1: Choose Your Identity
Complete this sentence:
I am someone who ____________________.
Examples:
• I am someone who follows through.
• I am someone who is supported.
• I am someone who creates opportunities.
• I am someone who handles challenges calmly.
• I am someone who takes action.
### Step 2: Give Your Brain A Target
Say:
"Brain, show me evidence that this is true."
### Step 3: Become An Evidence Collector
Throughout the day, look for proof.
Big or small.
A kind message.
A productive conversation.
A difficult task that felt easier than expected.
An opportunity.
A moment of courage.
Each time you notice one, simply say:
Evidence.
### Step 4: Act From Your New Identity
Ask yourself:
"What would this version of me do right now?"
Then take one small action.
### Step 5: Report Back Tomorrow
Before you go to bed, write:
Today, I saw evidence that...
Then come back here tomorrow and share what you noticed.
👇 What identity are you choosing for the next 24 hours?
And if you're willing, reply to at least one other member and help them spot evidence they may have missed.
