Recently, I have been thinking about how often we underestimate small changes.
We celebrate big breakthroughs, but many of the changes that shape our lives happen quietly.
Choosing to get up when we do not feel like it. Having a difficult conversation. Keeping a promise to ourselves. Trying again after a setback.
Nobody applauds those moments, yet they are often the moments that change us.
I am realizing that the person I want to become is being built in the small decisions I make every day.
I AM BECOMING.
What is one small decision you have made recently that you believe will make a difference in the long run?
