Pick your Discomfort
Change is one of the most difficult processes to engage in. "An object at rest stays at rest" - if something isn't moving it takes tremendous effort to begin the movement. Getting that initial momentum is difficult, but there are two options ahead of everyone: The discomfort of staying the same. The discomfort of taking new action. Both will be uncomfortable, but one leads upwards and one leads nowhere. If the sensation is going to be the same, doesn't it make more sense to choose the path that leads you upwards and to new horizons? This discomfort is a gift - it tells you that you're taking on a grand new challenge, embrace it.
