I am integrity....
Your new identity is not built by what you say once. It is built by what you keep doing when no one is watching.
Integrity means being honest, consistent, and aligned with your values.
It is when your words, actions, and choices match.
Integrity is not only about being honest with other people. It is also about being honest with yourself.
When you say, “I am disciplined,” but you keep breaking promises to yourself, your identity becomes weak.
But when you say, “I am becoming disciplined,” and you follow through on small promises, your identity becomes stronger.
Every time you keep your word, you build self-trust.
Every time you choose what is right, even when it is uncomfortable, you strengthen your new identity.
Integrity is how we stop living from the old version of ourselves and start becoming the person we say we are.
So today, ask yourself:
Where do my words and actions need to come back into alignment?
Because your new identity is not created by intention alone.
It is created through integrity.
