Healthy habits ๐ŸŒฟ
Yesterday I spoke about how our children learn by watching us and how we care for ourselves in the middle of real life.
And today I want to gently remind you that healthy habits do rub off onto your children too.
Your healthy habits don't have to be big, perfect or dramatic...
Sometimes, it's just drinking your water.
Taking a deep breath before reacting.
Going for a short walk.
Choosing a nourishing meal.
Saying, โ€œI need a moment.โ€
Resting without guilt.
Speaking kindly about your body.
These small moments matter.
