Just listened to the ADHD Skills Lab talk about drawing out your to-do list with imagery instead of just writing it down in text.
Visual cues instead of text. Physical over digital. The brain responds differently when it can see the action, not just read the words.
This is exactly why my card system works. Animated action identity cards sitting next to you while you work.
Not a list ➡️ A visual reminder of who you need to be right now.
