Quadriceps strain
Another obstacle I faced today was my quadriceps getting strained. Despite
@Rohan Mukherjee
and
@Shane Swaminathan
telling me to stretch and warm up, I didn’t. I deserved it, I got excruciating pain while doing lunges after squatting. I felt like failure a little not being able to complete both my legs for leg day. But like
@Rohan Mukherjee
says this is not a sprint, it is a marathon. One setback will not define me, it is not going to make me go back to my old ways.
