Building an aesthetic physique and self-improvement is cool, but after a full day of work I had no energy to even talk.
Most advices you hear online are from people who don’t have a full-time corporate job, so applying it your life does not really work. Therefore, I believe that I am the most representable person for general population: no good genetics, no strong discipline and demanding corporate job
While working 60hr/week, I was able to:
  • build an aesthetic physique faster, than when I was a student
  • optimize my nutrition and training so it takes as little time as possible
  • balance my sleep, so I get wake up fully recovered
  • improve my focus and productivity, to wor 12hr without distractions
I was experimenting with cutting corners, relying on supplements, abusing caffeine and found out what actually works and what does not. Generic ChatGPT wishy washy advices dont work here.
If I could achieve this - you can for sure!
