Love these and the other bundles
I really liked the signature bundle and I then went bought 4 more, manifest, sleep identity and emotion. They are all brilliant for different times of day and resolving different thing. I normally list to a couple of manifest (I pick one of 4 I really like is love, success, abundance code and dream life) before bed folllowed by the deep sleep reset and I’ve noticed my sleep has improved. I’m using selected songs from manifest and identity (self love and future self) to start my day. If I’m stressed during the day I’m using the Identity (negative clearing and anxiety ones) for specific situations. Then use the signature self love one to seal in the change. Hope that helps others. I only bought them last week and you can probably use the signature pack song I. The same way as there are many similar songs in there to do the same but I thought I’d give a shout out to the other bundles available!
