This week I did okay on diet probably a C+. Fell down ate some bad food probably 3x this week. But we are down just shy of 2lbs from last Saturday. We haven't started fasting yet or anything. The goal is 1lbs-5lbs per week. 285.9 to 284.1. Cant say im not disappointed but a win is a win. Id like to be down 3-5lbs a week.
