Who do we send to do out of state property inspections?
If we get a signed contract from a seller that is out of state, who are we sending there to do the inspection and give us a price for any repairs needed? A random contractor, inspector, realtor, property manager? How do you find is best to find these people? Are you vetting them? Any pro or cons from experience? Any and all suggestions from past experiences are welcome.
