This is why I tell to track everything!!!!

Below is the picture of my planning board that I literally got for 13$, I track the whole month in it with the monthly goals and habits to do everything

I was literally losing motivation on this wholesaling thing but then I looked at my planning board and realized ITS ONLY BEEN 1 MONTH and the average time to get a deal is 3 months not saying that you can’t get a deal in one month but also saying 1 month is definitely not enough
