Ex Telemarketer Looking to Learn and Earn

Hello everyone I have been working with other companies as a telemarketer for many of years . 20 Years to be exact and I am sick of working for other people and want to work for myself so I choose the REI industry why because I have worked with other investors and properties owners as an assistant so I kinda sorta know of what it is to produce the buyers leads and also calling motivated sellers .
