Wanted to share a few of my wins lately.🔥
  • 📚Reading: I am big in learning through reading. Reading keeps the brain sharp and ca also help you wind down at night. I recently discovered this daily rituals books which I help shows me some great new routines I can follow.
  • 🧃I found this awesome Greens drink in a can. Got some great veggies vitamins, minerals and ingredients. Perfect for on the go instead of a caffeinated drink.
  • ☕️I started drinking my morning coffee black to prolong my fast. Honey or mct oil in my coffee breaks my fast, but if I keep it black I can prolong the intermittent fast.
  • 🍯I love honey! Raw Honey is the perfect sweetener for all occasions, whether it’s for tea or coffee, oatmeal or even hot honey for chicken.
