Priorities...
Sometimes I feel like there's so much information out there and so much stuff that can be optimized, that it can feel overwhelming. So I was wondering, if I were to choose the biggest 3 levers I can pull on, what would they be?
Mine: sleep, resistance training, and foudational nutrition (that is also enjoyable). Everything else is noise until those three are locked in. What are yours?
