Hey everyone! Along with all the information I post, I also wanted to post some life updates and personal stuff about me. I usually like to tie my hobbies to things that still help build me as a person but not everything has a rhyme or reason. These do tho!

  • Longevity diets (reduces aging markers, extends healthspan)
  • Pre-workout drinks (enhances exercise consistency, metabolic health)
  • Meditation (cuts stress, slows biological aging)
