Every day for 30 days,
  • Take a piece of paper and write down all the thoughts that stand between your future and where you are right now.
  • Write down every habit or behavior that stops you from becoming a healthy, wealthy, or free person.
  • Write down the thoughts you want to implement in your brain.
  • Write down what the behaviors look like of a great person you want to become.
  • Practice thinking about it and practice rehearsing it.
  • Ask yourself, “What emotions would I feel when my future happened?” and practice feeling that way.
