The process called ‘The Triple A+ of Absolutely Everything’ began as three A’s, but as I explored further, I realised there was another, very important A weaving its way through them all.
It’s built on four simple steps:
Awareness
Acknowledgement
Action
+ Acceptance
This simple formula is now the cornerstone of everything I teach and it can be applied to any situation or relationship to create real, lasting change.
