Selling/Trading Items Template
Item for Sale/Trade Template:
1. Item Name:
Include the exact name or model of the item.
2. Description:
Provide a brief description of the item, including condition (new, like new, used), any wear and tear, and any key features or accessories included.
3. Price (Including Shipping):
List your asking price, including the cost of shipping. For example, if the item is $200 with $12 shipping, list the total as $212.
4. Location:
Mention where the item is located (city or neighborhood) for local buyers.
5. Payment/Trade Method:
Indicate how you prefer to be paid (cash, PayPal, etc.). We recommend using PayPal Goods and Services for payment to protect both the buyer and seller. Keep in mind that PayPal charges a 2.9% + $0.30 fee for transactions through Goods and Services, so adjust your price accordingly.
6. Communication:
Post replies to this thread for questions or offers. Sellers and buyers should communicate publicly within the forum to ensure transparency.
7. Pictures:
Include 2-3 clear photos of the item from different angles.
