Happy to be here and ready to learn
On a journey of better living thru healthy eating and the more I can learn about home grown foods and how it can benefit my new lifestyle is very interesting to me.
I’m a father of five, one still at home (16) seven grandchildren and a new look on life this year I went from a unhealthy 316lbs to a not so unhealthy 240lbs and still striving, live in Dubuque ia however from Potosi Wi. Nice to meet everyone
