Almost zucchini powder!
Well, yesterday I didn’t get even half through what I wanted to do with the zucchini and tomatoes 🤷♀️ but I DID fill my dehydrator with the shredded (and squeezed) zucchini. I let it go for about 8 hours at 135°, and now it’s ready to GRIND! This is pretty much par for the course for those of us who are just homestead-ish…plans change on the daily! We shall see if I get to the tomatoes and the rest of the giant zucchini today…
